30 years of business experience. That experience includes technical, legal and
general business management roles across several industries.

Senior Management Experience
Prior to founding Scites Associates, Jan Scites served as a vice president of
AT&T. While at AT&T, she was responsible for Internet implementation
strategy, as well as positioning Internet/Intranet services for AT&T
employees and customers. In addition, she was heavily involved in the
implementation of AT&T's broadband strategy.
Prior to joining AT&T, Ms. Scites held senior management positions at
Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company and Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance
Company. For solving critical business problems at Connecticut Mutual, she won
the Technology and Innovation Award from Carnegie Mellon and American
Management Association.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Central Vermont Public
Service Corporation (CV), and Home Service Solutions. She is a Board Advisor to
Cerylion, edocs, ERI, GlassHouse Technologies and Pendergast Partners LLC. She
is also on the Board of Advisors for Electronic Document Storage Foundation
(EDSF).
Law Background
Ms. Scites is a graduate of Ohio University and the University of Connecticut
Law School. She is a member of the American, Connecticut and New Jersey Bar
Associations. And, she is a member of the New Jersey Institute of Management
Consultants, the Venture Association of New Jersey as well as the New Jersey
Chapter of Society of Information Managers.
